Shipping , Handling & FAQ

Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception holidays.

Old Grad Candle Company™ prefers to ship to residential and business addresses.  If P.O. Boxes are requested, we will ship, however, we are not responsible for packages left and the condition of the product should the candle be exposed to outside elements for a lengthy period of time.

If product is sold out or on back order, customer will be notified.

Shipping Policies

At Old Grad Candle Company™ we offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, and expedited shipping. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. Expedited shipping offers a 2-3 business day shipping rate so that your package will arrive as quickly as possible. Contact us direct for expedited shipping options.

Receive complimentary standard shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States with orders of $75 or more. Please note that shipping charges are based upon your order prior to any applicable taxes.

Ship to Military- Absolutely!

APO/FPOs are included in our USPS flat rate shipping fee. Make sure to include box numbers and Unit for all APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. Follow all shipping guidelines and if you have any issues, please email us at so we can hopefully help with your questions. Old Grad Candle Company™ will not be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to errors in shipping data.



International Shipping

Depending on the location selected, international shipping typically takes up to two weeks to arrive. Prior to submitting order, please check all addresses and international requirements. Old Grad Candle Company™ will not be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to errors in shipping data.



Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

We ship all of our products through USPS, UPS and FedEX. Once a package has left our distribution center we cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or non-delivered packages. However, we work to insure that all shipping information is correct to the best our ability prior to mailing out your order.

Packages that arrive damaged are disheartening. We will work to replace damaged products in a timely manner. Photos of the damaged product may be required. Contact us at for details and resolution.

Please note that all candles are hand-poured and limited in quantity. It could take several weeks to replace an out-of-stock favorite.
